Cryotherapy of Charlotte County is the real deal. I’ve done full body cryo all over, and this place sets the bar. At -140 degrees, it’s colder than a January game at Lambeau Field in your boxers and yes, that’s exactly what you’re rocking in that chamber. The rush is insane, but the benefits are even better: reduced soreness and inflammation, boosted energy, improved performance, less stress, and skin that feels brand new. The staff here is top-notch, knowledgeable, professional, and they actually care. The place is spotless, organized, and they don’t mess around. On top of cryo, they’ve got a salt room and red light therapy, making it a total recovery and performance hub. The salt booth therapy at cryotherapy of charlotte county was so amazing! I noticed that it really cleared up my sinuses! Love that they offer this service, such a great way to naturally support your respiratory system! The staff there are so welcoming and friendly, I highly recommend! ** Edit to add: I just went for my first ever cryo facial with stephanie and it was amazing! She did a phenomenal job and my skin was glowing afterwards!! 🙌🏼

Jeri is my esthetician and has had me do the targeted facial cryo. I have had skin issues resulting in inflammation that the cryo has greatly reduced. So happy I am seeing results after just 2 sessions.
