I called to confirm my father's appointment to avoid him a long wait because of his back pain. The receptionist was to busy talking to the co- workers and top of that could not find his appointment. The lack of care from the staff while having me on the phone is disrespectful and unprofessional.I finally was told they would get him in at 11 am. I asked her another question and was placed on hold without being told. I was than speaking to another person who was not aware of my previous conversation. She could not find my fathers appointment and was now told to bring his MRI or additional records which I was not told to bring on my previous calls.. If this is the care they show when trying to get you in. I don't want to think of the care after you are their patient. I feel sorry for my dad and Dr. Castellanos that will not get to meet because of an incompetent staff. I will look for another office.

I was treated by Dr Castellanos in this clinic due to a strong pain in the cervical neck area due to a pinched nerve. I had been in pain for more than 3 years, going from very severe and debilitating to less severe with medication. After Dr Castellanos treatment the pain decreased to the baseline level immediately. Each week that passed brought a gradual reduction in pain, after week 3 I realized that the pain is completely gone: I am pain free for the first time in more than three years! I am extremelly grateful to the Dr. and all his clinic staff.
