Medicus Spine & Joint

I highly recommend Dr. Sakevich at Medicus Spine and Joint in Tallahassee. My son was involved in a car accident and has been receiving therapy here since September 2025. From day one, I’ve been impressed by how professional, compassionate, and attentive the entire staff is. Dr. Sakevich, in particular, is extremely meticulous and truly invested in his patients’ healing. In early November, I began experiencing minor pain in my elbow that gradually worsened. Eventually, it became so severe that I couldn’t lift or hold anything or even turn my wrist to look at my watch; I had to move it to my other hand. My son encouraged me to see his doctor, Dr. Sakevich, and I’m so glad I did. After just two sessions, I was amazed. Dr. Sakevich was incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. He never even touched my elbow; instead, he focused on my neck, back, and upper arm. The results were unbelievable. After those two sessions, I was able to take a 6.5-hour drive, lift all of my suitcases, and complete all of my Christmas cleaning. At one point, I honestly forgot I ever had arm pain. Dr. Sakevich is an amazing doctor who truly understands his craft, and the care provided at Medicus Spine and Joint is exceptional. I am beyond grateful and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking effective, compassionate treatment.

My initial meeting with the clinician and everyone else went great. I arrived early and they actually had a beautiful Keurig coffee maker and some snacks. Which made my day because I have been traveling for a while it was extremely hungry. The coffee was very good the place was extremely clean. They catered to my time because I was actually very very early and took me in about a half an hour early which was great because it was somewhere near lunch. Did a great job with that they got all my vitals and took me in and saw me right away and it was quick and painless, no pun intended. The second visit I actually had today and this was excellent because I was with the chiropractor not the same people I was with the first time and he was amazing talk to me like a human being asked me questions that mattered. He checked me out entirely with for reflexes and muscle and then set me up for some electronic therapy and some heat therapy. Kudos to all the guys at Medicus in Tallahassee. I would recommend this place to anyone. That being my family, friends or anyone.

I can’t say enough great things about the care I’ve received at Medicus Spine & Joint! After being involved in a car accident, I was left with ongoing pain in my neck, back, and wrist. From the very first visit, the entire team made me feel welcome, supported, and truly cared for. The chiropractor took the time to really listen to my concerns and developed a treatment plan tailored specifically to my injuries. Each session has helped relieve my pain, improve my mobility, and get me on the road to recovery. The staff is always professional, kind, and accommodating with scheduling, and I never feel rushed. What stands out the most is how much they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. I’m extremely grateful for the compassionate, high-quality care I’ve received, and I would recommend this office to anyone in need of chiropractic treatment—especially after an accident. They’ve made a difficult time much easier to get through.
