I tell everyone about The Ashford clinic. Aubrey changed my life. I don’t say that to be hyperbolic either. Post hysterectomy from another clinic in this area and I was told that my symptoms were something I would just have to live with. I didn’t accept that answer. I happened across a live stream from Dr. Ashford, came in and spoke to Aubrey. After understanding HRT and its benefits, I decided to try. I feel like I did in my 20s. I feel so much better. My brain fog is gone. My mood is great and I don’t have the horrible hot flashes. I actually sleep now. My weight is down. My hair and skin are so much better and I overall feel like I’m back to me! Ladies, advocate for your health and give the Ashford Center a chance.

IUD removal was fine initially, but the nurse practitioner is rarely available and staff are hit-or-miss. Younger staff just take messages, while one older receptionist is rude and cuts you off. Every 3 months my pharmacy can’t get a refill because the provider won’t respond, and they brushed off my concerns about delays messing with my cycle/hormones. I had to pay extra for a telehealth visit just to stay on track. Switching providers. Would not recommend.

Dawn is the worst person to have answering the phones here. She is beyond rude. EDIT : I am not a fake person like the owner wanted to point out. Yes, you’re right your patients are females. So why would you know personal information such as a spouses name? Perhaps it’s a middle name? Nicks name? Maybe focus on the rude employee Dawn and not diminishing your reviews.
