I am so impressed with the doctor at this facility. I sprained my ankle and I trust Dr. Rose-Mary because of the rapid results I have seen from her guidance and evaluation. As far as bedside manners and knowledge, I would go back to her again and again! However, my experience with the office has not been my favorite part. Both visits I had took an hour and a half to two hours. The last visit I sat in the waiting room for almost 45 minutes. Maybe this is a scheduling issue, nonetheless, being at the doctors office for almost two hours is not compatible with my schedule. I love that the doctor takes her time with each patient. On the other hand, I would like to be checked in, evaluated, and checked out within an hour and 15 minutes at max.

The doctor was nice but I wasn't impressed with her service. She suggested a test and obviously I asked how much it was. She never answered me, just told me to call my insurance and ask them? Which is not how that works. I never followed up and netiher did she. I received a bill 8 MONTHS after my initial visit. I called the office for 2 weeks, left messages and no one ever returned my call. I finally went to the office only to discover they were no longer there. It was very sketch. I called the number one last time and someone actually answered. Apparently they've moved but the new address is updated nowhere. Seems like something you would update immediately. I'll have to call them back again to pay the bill and I don't expect them to answer. The entire experience was less than professional and still is.

The doctor and office staff are very helpful. The doctor spends a lot of time with you and explains about your condition and what are possible solutions...never rushed and always felt that she cared and listened!
