I purchased the Vitality ↑® NAD+ Booster  Powder (60g) and only received 40 servings when it should have been 62, which is clearly labeled on the packaging. I reached out to them and asked them how they would like to handle it and their response was that I was using too much. Any company who immediately pushes back and doesn’t take an opportunity to investigate an issue on their side is one to stay away from.

There is no worry free money back guarantee. I spent $300+ on NAD+ supplements, of which I have taken, IV drip, injection and orally before, with no issue. This supplement arrived and I stared on the lowest dose. I experienced nausea for days, no matter what I did, which subsided 24 hours after discontinuing the product. The company asked me to only return the unopened product, to issue a refund,but didn’t mention they would be subtracting $97.20 for the opened bottle. This is not a worry free discount.

This company has been a joy to work with. They provided deep and meaningful guidance regarding my health metrics on a blood test that they offer. Some of the biomarkers pertained to oxidative stress and cell senescence that I could not source through other vendors. Unlike the TruDiagnostics test they offer actual blood levels versus a percentile only system which makes the data much more helpful. Overall, amazing value for money. The test was easy to take and the results were available on a quick and efficient basis. 5 stars!

My review relates to the refund process, not their products. I bought an allergy bundle that didn’t work for me; that’s ok because I’m sure they work for other folks. But getting my money back proved to be a pain. I spent $350 for the bundle based in part on their “RISK-FREE NO QUESTIONS ASKED PROMISE” to refund “EVERY PENNY” if I wasn’t “100 percent” satisfied. When I submitted my refund request after 90 days, I was declined because I had not followed some sort of undocumented pre-testing and periodic testing of my NAD levels to adjust my dosage. According to them, unless their testing (probably by buying more of their products) proved my NAD levels had not improved, they wouldn’t refund my money. So much for “NO QUESTIONS ASKED”. Fortunately, when I sent screenshots of the money-back terms on their website, they agreed to send me back my $350. But not without a final argument that I hadn’t requested the refund within 90 days ( I checked my emails and it turns out I submitted my request on the 91st day after the order arrived). So if the product doesn’t work for you, make sure to set a reminder for day 89, I guess. Take this company’s promises of an “Unbeatable 90-Day Ironclad Guarantee” with a grain of salt.

I am a very meticulous health researcher and for a product to gather my interest, it is going to have a lot going for it. I probably spent more time researching NAD and the validity of the Accuri Vitality Boost supplement before I committed to taking it. I have been using it for a couple of days and I have no complaints. Mixes easily with 6oz of water and tastes rather good, and I have no side effects, more energy if anything. I will eventually get tested to see how much I have improved. Too early to tell how else it will benefit my health but I do believe it is the best NAD supplement on the market today.
