This place is pretty amazing and the prices are solid. I took my 75 year old father here who wanted to try out the floating salt pod. Mind you... This man typically brings a cane if he has to walk more than a mile. After my massage I went looking for him to see how he is feeling... I didn't see him, I HEARD him laughing and joking with the people at the front counter. He was speed walking around the building... It was like "are you really my dad?" He acted about 15 years younger! I have gone back sense and got old injuries worked out! Michelle did a great job and she explained to me what the process was like becoming a message therapist and what she is looking for. It was lovely!

I had a deep tissue massage by Courtney and it was excellent. She did not give up on the knot in my back which has had me going weekly to a chiropractor for over a year. In addition to the deep tissue massage techniques, she used dynamic cupping so that I didn’t get bruised. And of course amazing full body deep tissue. She explained the muscles and gave me stretches to do at home. After one week, I have not had any pain between my shoulders and haven’t needed to go to the chiropractor. Highly recommend Courtney if you need a massage therapist and naturopathic healer all in one. After my massage, I had the cryotherapy spot treatment. I was in a car accident in November and my knee hit the dash. No bones were broken, but had severe swelling and pain. It was still swollen and tender in January even with Orthopedist’s advised daily massages with Voltaren cream. Since I was here, I thought why not give Cryo spot treatment a try? Absolutely shocked, I could not believe it reduced my swelling down by half while there! Doctors should actually recommend this. Now one week later, my swelling is completely gone and a manageable amount of tenderness. Another gift of the accident, my hand was broken in three places. My bones had healed, but the swelling and pain were still present even with going to PT twice weekly. When I saw how incredibly my knee responded, I asked them to do my hand. When I went back to PT two days later, my PT therapist commented on how much my swelling had reduced, and I did the strength exercises without pain! Two days later, I was able to pick up my cast-iron skillet!!!! When I went back to my next PT visit, I graduated!!! Cryotherapy spot treatment reduced my amount of time needed in Physiotherapy! As for the center as a whole, all the staff were so friendly professional. I observed that they are extremely diligent on cleanliness and sanitizing. They offer so many services under one roof. It is astonishing how much you can get done in one place. You could actually schedule an entire day here and get a variety of head to toe services and come out a new person. Highly recommend, and it’s great place to bring friends for a girls day!!

Love it. Just what I needed at the right time. Float therapy was so relaxing and I felt much better. I will definitely return and try out the massages and detoxification also. A++++
