I went to this facility yesterday my blood pressure was sky high I was seen by a nurse practitioner who refers to herself as a provider anyhow when I called today to do a follow-up because I realized I had made a mistake with my medications. I was met with attitude and disrespect the person that answered the phone was very aggressive and then when I talked to the nurse practitioner she had the nerve to raise her voice at me. Add get if you don't know what to do in a situation that you can't help with. But the way you talk to people and the way you make them feel is very important in the medical industry. It's very interesting to me that they're in Norcross and most of us are minorities. I feel like a lot of businesses over here treat people very badly based on their race and the way I was taught to on the phone was extremely disrespectful. So if you are black do not go here.

This place really deserves more than five stars!!! I initially found this office because it was in network with my health insurance and when I realized they did absolutely everything here I was amazed! It was a one stop shop! The nurse practitioners are the best that I have ever encountered and they actually care about your well being! ALL of the staff are very sweet and caring and it is just an overall amazing experience. They do a thorough job with making sure they check EVERYTHING while you are there. it is very clean and sanitized as well. The second time I had attended it was an emergency. I was having a severe allergic reaction to having been attacked by fire ants and they quickly got me into a room and saw me immediately! The nurse practitioner Audra acted fast and the medical assistant was with me the entire time rubbing ice on my legs to try and make the swelling and redness go down. When I tell you that they actually care, they do! This is hands down the best clinic I have ever been to! Thank you to all of the staff and doctors you all are so wonderful!

The care staff is professional. I was pleased with the actual care I was given. However, the record keeping and follow up here leave a LOT to be desired! I called in September to request refills on two ongoing prescriptions. The receptionist stated that she would let the medical staff know. Shortly after that call, I received a text from my pharmacy stating that my prescriptions were ready. Both were refilled for one month. I received no further communication from the provider's office. I called today to get another refill - left a detailed voicemail. As I didn't receive a call back, I called the office again in late afternoon. I was told that my September notes stated that I needed to come up for a follow up. However, no one shared this note with me!!!! Had I been informed of this at that time, I would have been able to schedule a follow up. However, now I am out of medication, and cannot schedule an appointment immediately. Very displeased with this lack of professionalism.
