I recently had an EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation) treatment at Ambrosia Functional Medicine and it was one of the most fascinating and positive health experiences I’ve had. For anyone unfamiliar, EBOO is a therapy where blood is circulated outside the body through a specialized filtration system where it’s oxygenated and treated with medical-grade ozone before being returned back into the bloodstream. The goal is to support detoxification, circulation, oxygen delivery, and overall cellular health. During the treatment itself, I was surprised by how relaxing it was. There was no stress on my body at all — I was comfortable the entire time and the staff made sure everything was explained and closely monitored. What really stood out to me was how I felt afterward. The next day I woke up feeling incredible — almost like I was 16 again. My brain fog was completely gone and my vision felt noticeably clearer, almost like seeing in HD. It’s hard to describe, but I just felt sharper and more energized overall.
