Never in my experience has a practice shown so much care for patients. I have a pretty 0-star insurance, so when they tried to screw me over, Mark and Jim spent over a month communicating with both me and the insurance company, and it was honestly so relieving to finally have someone advocate for their patients with the same urgency as the patient. All the nurses are super cool too!

My intake wast the most thorough and compassionate experience I have EVER had in decades of mental health treatment. Dr. Giles and her staff are compassionate, proactive and very responsive. I was blown away by the care and concern taken for me as the patient and just as a person even before I got to my intake appointment. Dr. Giles was so thorough and compassionate going over my extensive history in order to make sure she had all the information she needed to make certain we were going to make the best choices for my treatment. This was the most seen I have felt as a patient and as a person in psychiatric care in an extremely long time, if ever. Starting treatments with Spravato was a challenge with my insurance when it should not have been for an approved medication on their formulary; which has nothing to do with the medication or Breakthru. I mention it because Breakthru helped me through those challenges and kept at it with me for months and we finally got my prior authorization. That is true dedication to your patients I feel. Then once I was able to start treatment it was laid out so well for me that the anxiety I had was negligible, which is a big thing for me. There was practice for the dosage and compassionate support and the ability to ask any questions without fear of feeling like I was being dumb. I see in every interaction with each staff member at Breakthru their dedication to helping make a difference in our lives. I have hope again and it is in direct correlation to the treatment with the medication and the treatment by the wonderful group at Breakthru. I feel seen every single time I step foot in their office and I know I am seen even when I am not in front of them. I cannot tell you the gratitude I have for everyone at Breakthru and I absolutely, unhesitatingly recommend them! I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone I think could have their life improved by treatment with Berakthru!

Dr. Giles is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is such a wonderful doctor and person overall, is super kind, helpful and truly cares about her patients. The staff accommodates me super well every time I come in and the office and treatment rooms are always spectacularly spotless. It precisely is always an absolute pleasure to come in!!!
