I’ve been treated with kindness and respect by everyone at Elevate Wellness. They have cared for me both in person and via telehealth. With their assistance and education I have been able to lose 45 lb over the course of a year. Slow and steady progress with nutrition advice and encouragement to exercise at a pace that worked for me. Allyson and Jen have been amazing to work with and Dawn keeps all of it running smoothly.
