My experience was off to a rocky start when I'd been waiting for several weeks, only for my provider to cancel my "transfer of care" appointment from another location, and I had to wait a week or two to get a new one set up. I shrugged it off because this provider and I got along fairly well. I did find it odd that she was continuously looking into books for medication information. At the time I was pleased that she was just being thorough and commented as much. Fast forward about two months and I meet with her over telehealth one day. She did her thing, we were great, and she said "set up an appointment for 4 weeks from now." Shortly thereafter I also got my meds and to my surprise I got the dose I was supposed to get, plus the dose we had barely talked about then agreed it would be better to wait. So two bottles, 40mg and 60mg of my med. Next thing I know, like the day after when I was about to schedule a meeting, they said that she is no longer with the company (whether fired or she left was unknown; either way I was shocked). Incidentally I needed to set up a transfer of care appointment (so new patient appointment). I tried like 4-5 times by phone, 2-3 times by message and I could never get through. I left voicemails. It's like they've decided they don't want my business. Either way, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth for the place. They came recommended by family and surprise surprise, I just found out they are having difficulties with them too (only they live much closer, I have to drive like 40 min to get there) so I'm switching providers for someone more reliable.

It was a little rocky when I first started coming to MAP. I was matched with the wrong provider but that was shortly remedied. Kyanne as been wonderful. I feel she really listensand understands me. I have had providers in the past just stare at there screen and ahem, ahem, yup, yup me. Overall I feel like my life is for the better.

They scheduled an appointment just to say it was to fill out paperwork and no actual provider would be available for a month. That wasn’t shared during the appointment set up and contradicts the information on their website. So just be aware that scheduling your first appointment won’t result in actually seeing a provider.

Jarod has been my doctor for 4 years now. Hes helped me more then any other doctor has. Im the most stable because he listens intuitively, cares on a deep level but still professional. I absolutely recommend Jarod 👌

There were many bad experiences I had with this clinic, and I don't reccomend coming here. Their phone line was near impossible to get through, and often I would wait 10-20 minutes on the line for someone to answer (even though it would tell me I was number 1 in line). That and the message system made me very frustrated as I simply couldn't just contact my med manager directly. This led to me running out of prescriptions several times, and me going a week withput some medications. Which I need to stay mentally and emotionally level. It's unacceptable that I can't get through in a reasonable time, and also unacceptable that I even have to call 5-10 times for someone to even pick up the phone. Some of the staff (not all) over the phone seem very condescending, and impatient. I should not have to feel like I am being spoken to like a child when i am in fact a adult. It is demeaning and inappropriate for a professional space to do. On top of them being sarcastic and condescending, I have heard them a few times talk about the clients this business works with at the front desk. No regard for private business at all, and it upsets me because they could have just as easily said things about me and I wouldn't know. I was "officially" tested for my ADHD at this business, only to be told I don't have it. Even when I have had two therapists diagnose me with it. The only way they finally believed that I had ADHD is when I got my Mental Assessment (for Austism, but it also covered other things like ADHD, OCD, Depression and Axiety). Which took months for them to finally make sure I got one. Another thing was me missing appointments, and that was due to how they notified me. They called me once a few months before my appointment to remind me, and then a text message DAY OF to let me know I missed my appointment. Because of that, they barred me from making appointments, and all I could do was walk-ins. I believe that if you work with people who have ADHD and ADD, the best route is multiple reminders. And one call months before will become out of sight and out of mind. Then it comes to billing, they don't tell me about any sort of billing. And only when I check my email do I see I have a bill for 250-350. Even thought they didn't tell me. Not to mention I keep getting these even after I have left from there and don't work with them. The only person I felt did a good/awesome job was Kyanne. She is sweet, kind, understanding, and listens to what I have to say. She was the only one who made sure my medications were right, and were filled out each time.
