Love the event hosted by Restorative Naturopathy Dr. Brooke Heather. She had a speaker from Neo Life that was very informative and interesting in regards to health supplements and our foods. Also most interesting was the information on chronic disease which is so commonplace now and what we can do about it to take charge of our health and well being. I will be attending as many of these events as possible. Thank you Dr. Brooke and Joe from Neo Life.

I love the fact that Dr. Heather uses several different tools in order to diagnose. I had a terrible migraine in her office one day and she preformed a craniosacral massage technique and a shift was felt and the headache went away. This migraine was a bad one and it just lifted. So thankful!

All I can say is get a receipt for services. Money was stolen out of my debit card without my consent or knowledge. We messaged back and forth about what she said I owed her and I was going to see her in a couple days so I thought we could talk about the balance I already paid. When I went in for my next appointment she said she already took the money out of my accout knowing I told her I had already paid her on the last visit. I got charged twice ($144.00) for products that I already paid for and didn't get a receipt because I trusted her. Not getting a receipt was my fault. Just know I'm not the only one that this happened to. So now I get a reply saying I owed for a report which I already got. Brook said I owed her for product on the messages we had back and forth which almost got overlooked at the previous appointment, we all laughed about it and I had to borrow it from my gf until we got to an ATM when we left. She is saying I'm holding onto this for five years? Holding on to her helping herself to my debit card number and charging me for a charge I was disputing? This isn't really a review so to speak, this is to warn others about her questionable business practices. When a patient questions a charge and then uses your card number to charge the card anyway after knowing I was disputing it doesn't sound like someone I would trust dealing with again. I can't tell you how happy I was having my gf there to see the whole experience play out.

I would give a -1 star if I could. I just received a marketing phone call from an assistant, a voice message advertising their services, and an email out of nowhere with an invoice saying I owe $145 for an initial consult I never attended and canceled, from over 1 year ago on 5/18/22. I called back and after being on hold during business hours on a weekday for over 2 minutes I left a voice message and I emailed back. I think this clinic should change their slogan to be honest from “your health matters” to “your money matters”. This is happening almost everywhere it now seems and needs to stop!
