Dr. L has greatly improved the quality of my life with spinal nerve ablation procedures for the past eight years. I usually see him twice a year, he repairs my spine and I'm pain free for another year without the need for drugs. Outstanding knowledgeable doctor. Wouldn't trust any other doctor for the appropriate pain relief in my case. Very trustworthy.

When I first met Dr.Marsiglia I was unable to walk due to the intense pain I was in. He and his staff were very attentive and supportive of my condition. After a successful diagnosis he treated my condition and I improved rapidly. I would encourage anyone seeking pain management to contact him and let him help you recover too. I would recommend anyone to see to Dr. Marsiglia. He is a great doctor that cares about his patients and works miracles on your pain. The biggest difference from other practices is that they get you in ASAP. No 2-3 month waits like some of these other places. Dr. Marsiglia moves quick, cause he understands that pain can be debilitating and wants to get it taken care of as quickly as possible!
