I saw Jeena to work through long-standing and recurrent loss issues. She was able on the first visit to help me reframe how I looked at this issue. Although initially I was not sure I liked what I heard during the time between my first and second visit I was able to look at the issue and reprocess it differently so that by the second visit I actually was already feeling better. After a few more sessions and some deeper diving into my thought processes together we decided I might already be ready for discharge from her care. I continue to use the tools she provided and I know that if it ever becomes too much for me to bear again she is only a phone call away.

Dr. Jacob helped me when I was at my lowest and felt there was no hope. She has many tools and resources to help each individual in the way the best meets their needs. She is reliable and caring. I will be forever grateful for Dr. Jacob's help!
