I have been coming here for a while and I wanted to thank Kassidy for being proactive, knowledgeable, and overall helpful with my tanning experience. I have a level 6 membership and I find the beds here aren’t very strong or give me much long lasting color. Kassidy recommended a new bed with red light therapy that I didn’t know had been there for a month already. I absolutely LOVED it and it gave me exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Kassidy for being awesome!!!

Unacceptable Customer Service & False Claims at LA TAN My wife has been loyal customers at LA TAN for nearly three years, as it’s conveniently located near our home. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was beyond disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee at the front desk, who identified herself as “Alex.” During this visit, Alex informed my wife that a self-tanning cream was on sale. My wife misunderstood the price at first and tapped her credit card to pay. After seeing the actual amount, she politely said she had changed her mind and requested a refund. Alex refused, coldly citing a store policy that had never been communicated to her. When my wife explained that the price was higher than expected and she no longer wished to purchase the product, Alex was dismissive, refusing to help and moving on to other customers. She also refused to provide the manager’s contact information or even let us leave a number. Instead, she insulted my wife’s work uniform and accused her of being “cheap” for not wanting to complete the purchase. I arrived shortly after and tried to calmly reason with Alex, asking her to treat my wife respectfully. Instead, she raised her voice at me, claiming she had already called the police. To verify this, I called 911 because the situation had escalated unnecessarily. When the police arrived, we explained what had happened. Alex continued to make false claims, including lying about my behavior, stating I had threatened her, and falsely accusing my wife of using the product, which she hadn’t even touched. The surveillance cameras backed our version of the events, proving that her accusations were baseless. The officer confirmed it was a civil matter and suggested we file a complaint with LA TAN management. The experience was incredibly distressing. Alex harassed us as customers, deceived us by pretending to call the manager, and fabricated lies about my behavior, all while surveillance footage showed we were in the right. To make matters worse, my wife was charged for a product she didn’t want, and we will likely lose our prepaid sessions due to this ordeal. I urge LA TAN to take serious action regarding Alex’s behavior and the unacceptable way we were treated. I also encourage potential customers to think twice before visiting this location.

Terrible service the manager is very unprofessional and doesn’t listen she just wants to talk over while you try talk. They don’t look for solutions only excuses and then they say go and complain to corporate. I paid for a double bronce and they gave me 3 clear and said that I just wanted a free session after I paid for the package of 3 sessions All I wanted was what I paid for see the screenshot the machine clearly shows 3 clears
