About this clinic
Ian Green, M.D., an integrative medicine clinic in Evanston, focuses on personalized functional-medicine workups and pain management. The practice emphasizes identifying underlying physiologic drivers of chronic symptoms rather than managing conditions through symptom suppression alone. Patients typically receive comprehensive lab assessment, nutritional and lifestyle evaluation, and individualized treatment protocols that may include IV therapy, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and orthobiologic interventions alongside conventional care. The clinic coordinates with specialists and primary-care physicians as needed, positioning itself as a complement to standard medical evaluation rather than a replacement. The approach serves patient
Dr Ian Green misdiagnosed me with rheumatoid arthritis. I was put on injectable and oral medications that made me very sick. He told me I should just get my hormones checked and I’ve been in menopause for 10 years. I went off of all of these medication’s, and all of the symptoms were gone. I have since gotten a second opinion, I do not have rheumatoid arthritis, never did. I do not have any auto immune disorder whatsoever. Do not go to this doctor

Dr. Green is wonderful. He’s very kind, he really listened to me, asked lots of questions, and was happy to answer the many questions I had in depth. I didn’t feel rushed - I felt like he truly cared about figuring out what was going on with me.
