I can’t say enough about your center as well as all your amazing and helpful staff. I especially appreciate Lexy for providing information via text, phone as well as once I was onsite for my visit. Your staff is so caring, compassionate and welcoming. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the ADA room today. It was amazing and helped me overcome my fear of going back into the sauna and tub again.

This place truly blew me away. I had no idea such an impressive facility existed here! The space is modern, beautiful, spotlessly clean, and a pleasure to just be in. I just had my third red light/vibration plate session, and my dermatitis and eczema have DRAMATICALLY reduced, and I just feel better overall. I also tried the contrast therapy, which is a unique and luxurious experience to say the least. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all made by hand in-house, my hair was SO soft after. Plus they have Dysons and other little luxuries in the changing area. The best part? The Heal family. It's not often you find a place where EVERYONE is so genuinely kind. They take so much time making you feel seen, heard, and supported. This is not a chain business, and you can truly feel the love that goes into everything they do. I can't recommend Heal enough.

Visited HEAL the day after running a marathon and it was such an enjoyable experience. The private suite is peaceful with state of the art equipment. The health benefits of the contrast therapy are numerous. I felt so much better walking out than when I walked in. Will definitely incorporate this into my recovery regiment !
