Red Light Therapy

MUST TRY! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis which causes some kind of pain or stiffness pretty much everyday in the winter… last night I did my first session… immediately I was warmed up-I felt like I was on a beach in FL. After the session my nervous system felt relaxed, I felt calm and i had more range of motion in my joints. I have been pretty much pain free all day AND the added bonus of feeling a little bit skinner too. I know it sounds crazy after one session but I already feel my belly fat melting. I’m also noticing the skin in my face feels a little bit tighter. I’m pretty sure I saw on a sign in there that it helps with collagen. I could see how this would work for a lot of ailments. BONUS! The staff here is so so caring and knowledgeable. I feel absolutely “like Shar says” wrapped in a warm blanket everytime I go there. Not only by the red light, but by the staff. Thanks. First of all I’d like to say Avanti Body is simply life changing! The staff here is very knowledgeable about the benefits of Red light and what to do to attain your goals. I was working out at the gym 6 days a week when I started. Now I find as long as I’m coming in and getting my red light I don’t have to work out as much to maintain. The body scans are pretty awesome, too! It will show you the inches you’ve lost and what part of your body you lost inches at. All your gains and losses and weight too. We may not see it but the scan will prove it! I have also noticed a drastic change in my skin! It has increased my collagen and my circulation has improved so much so my varicose veins on my legs seem to be getting much less visible. If you have breakouts, the blue light is a fantastic option for getting rid of bacteria! Personally, I like to alternate between the anti-aging red light and the blue light. After my workouts I have noticed that I am not as sore as I was. I use the Fab shaper which helps me with my lymphatic system and sore muscles. After my workouts I have noticed I am not nearly as sore as I was before. However, the BEST part of using the fab shaper-my cellulite is starting to disappear! I carry a lot of stress from my day job and one of the benefits (I didn’t even realize red light did) is its improving my mental health! My results have been beyond my expectations.
