All the people I've interacted with here (Mostly Brian, Dr. Hung, Suzette, Michelle, and all the front desk staff) have been kind, compassionate, and willing to adapt to my needs. They also win my fastest prescriber response award. When they made a small mistake on my medication, the pharmacy faxed them and it was fixed in a couple of hours. In my 10 years of health issues, I've never had it done better than that.

Dr. Lott and his team are super compassionate, they listen to their patients. I have seen a few psychiatrist in my time and Dr. Lott and all of his team I have worked with are AMAZING(Bryan and Judy are the also the ones I have worked with that I am referring to when I say his “team”) Also, the front desk staff and Sharon the person in charge of scheduling are warm welcoming and friendly. I cannot praise them enough.

I just wanted to share a honest review. I have been a patient of Sarah’s since 2017 and no one’s ever helped my anxiety as much as her. She came from another medical facility and I made the smart decision to follow her to Lott behavioral health. She generally cares about your mental health and out of all the doctors I’ve seen with me mental health she is the only one that has helped me mange my symptoms and get better. There are obviously bumpy times but Sarah is one of the greatest mental health professionals I have ever seen. And I recommend her to everyone I can that’s struggles with either anxiety or depression.
