I had an amazing experience today in the Harmonic Egg in Naperville. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, welcoming, and energetically soothing. The lighting, music, and overall atmosphere inside the Egg made it easy to relax deeply and let go of stress I didn’t even realize I was still carrying. Annalisa was wonderful—kind, intuitive, and very informative. She explained what to expect, made sure I was comfortable, and held such a peaceful, supportive presence throughout the session. After my time in the Harmonic Egg, I felt lighter, clearer, and deeply grounded—like my whole system finally exhaled. If you’re looking for a unique way to reset your mind, body, and spirit, I highly recommend booking a session with Annalisa at the Harmonic Egg Naperville. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I booked and paid for a session expecting oxygen renewal therapy — a recovery-focused chamber treatment similar to a single hyperbaric-style experience. Instead, my appointment was placed into a Harmonic Egg music session, which is a completely different service and not what I needed or intended to book. I only learned about the mistake when I arrived. When I asked to switch to the correct service, the business declined to make any adjustment, even though my payment had already been processed and this was clearly a scheduling error. This should have been an easy fix with a rescheduled time, but no flexibility was offered. I attempted to follow up by calling and texting, but received no response at all. The lack of communication and unwillingness to correct an honest mistake was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this location. I hope the business improves clarity of services, scheduling accuracy, and responsiveness to clients.
