I’ve been seeing Khyati for almost 2 years now and the experience has been wonderful. She listens, takes great consideration with prescriptions, and is efficient. Most recently, I was experiencing major issues with my insurance and getting a refill for a medication that has been extremely helpful and Khyati and the staff were so accommodating. Khyati personally spoke with pharmacy staff for almost half an hour to assist me. She also personally called me to follow up, ensure all was ok, and offer further support. This team truly values and cares for their patients. I’m beyond appreciative!

I’m sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision. After being a patient for years and taking medication prescribed by this office, I was recently told I could no longer be seen after I contacted them asking for a refill when I was about to run out. My requests were characterized as harassment, which was frustrating given that I was trying to address continuity of care for medication I’ve been maintained on long term. I want to be clear that this is my experience and perspective, but I found the situation concerning enough to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am posting anonymously because I want to protect myself and avoid further issues. Based on what I’ve seen, I expect this review may be disputed as others appear to have reported similar responses. While it may be easy to schedule an appointment here, I would encourage people to carefully consider alternatives. In my experience, I did not feel supported, and I experienced an interruption in prescription access when I needed assistance the most. Please do your own research and choose a provider you feel confident will prioritize your care.

I'm more than happy to share my positive experience with this practice. It's unfortunate that people are more likely to leave negative reviews than positive ones. A single mishap can lead to a scathing review, without considering the bigger picture. Thankfully, I've had nothing but excellent care from my providers, particularly Pooja Patel and Haneen Al-Sheikh. Every practice has its strengths and weaknesses, but the response time here is notably faster than others I've encountered.

Terrible experience within the 2+ years that I have gone to brighter life. I am now with my third NP (not actual psychiatrist would be nice, but they know how to crank out appointments at this place) The switching doctors was there doing not mine, it was only made out of the convenience for their scheduling. -They make scheduling complicated The NP We’ll join the telehealth 8 to 9 minutes after it Has started. This is a common occurrence There have been times to were it has been so late to where I wasn’t available because it was 10+ minutes after the appointment. And they decided to help me pay for the late bill. -Multiple medication’s have not been sent over to pharmacy Properly -And I have never had an appointment last longer than 10 minutes -I have asked repeatedly to have appointments every few months since I have been on the same medication for years, they refuse to do so, And strong arm you into seeing them less than 30 days. (To be fair If I was able to charge $200+ for less than a 10minute ‘session’ I would probably entertain the idea Overall terrible quality of services rendered. This company gives a bad name to psychiatric care

I went to a psychiatrist appointment earlier this year, and was prescribed some medication.I had to go in to my pharmacy since no prescription was showing up online and I couldn’t get a status on it. The pharmacist told me I had no prescriptions showing up. It was late and I planned on calling to get that prescription sent in early the next morning. I went into preterm labor that night, after an emergency c section, I had a long NICU stay. To make the story short the prescription became the last thing on my mind. Until recently, when I called after receiving an invoice for a missed appointment. (Which I had missed due to being in a hospital bed). I called to get it all settled. I would pay the pending invoice and request for the original prescription to be sent. Only for the girl to give me the worst attitude and tell me I needed to go in for another appointment. I asked if I had to pay for this new appointment, and the girl on the phone, still with an attitude, asked me what I meant by that. I thought it was common sense, since the first appointment was charged, and I received NOTHING from it, this new appointment would be free of charge. She tried to argue that my original prescription was months ago and didn’t seem to care for my explanation. I had to end the call since there was no sense of understanding from the girl on the phone. My insurance was charged for literally nothing, and they were trying to charge again for something I never received in the first place. I would think a behavioral place would encourage a more calm, peaceful setting with more helpful staff.
