I am quite disappointed with the behavior of the receptionist at the clinic. Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I was not approached or attended to until well after my scheduled time. There was no clear communication or update provided about the delay, which made the experience frustrating and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or timely response from the receptionist would have made the situation much better. I hope the clinic management looks into this matter so patients can feel valued and respected.

Dr. Chaudhary is an amazing doctor... He takes his time, explains everything in great detail and is so nice! His nurse Mary is the most conscientious nurse I have ever had with any doctor. She never forgets to follow up and make sure everything is going okay with your care. I would recommend them to anyone that has any concerns with their RA.

I’ve only had two sessions with Dr. Prado so far but both sessions have been very helpful. She is knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Prado also has a very pleasant bedside manner. I haven’t felt rushed during my appointments.
