I am seeing Dr. Shivani Chadha for the lower back pain I was having. Even though the shots were painful at times, the end results are worth it. My primary care physician had been suggesting I see a pain specialist for some time. I am finally moving forward to becoming pain free.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff, particularly Giovanni, demonstrated outstanding customer service and a genuine concern for my well-being, although I called with a bit of an attitude after a poor experience I received from another facility prior to me calling him. Their prompt and empathetic response to my pain and discomfort, following a less than satisfactory experience at another facility, was truly appreciated. My consultation with Dr. Chadha exceeded my expectations. In contrast to previous experiences where surgical intervention was immediately suggested, Dr. Chadha thoroughly explained several alternative treatment options for my lower lumbar pain. This comprehensive approach, particularly appreciated given my background in healthcare, allowed for an informed decision-making process. I am very pleased with the proposed treatment plan and look forward to commencing the first phase. While I cannot yet comment on the efficacy of the procedure itself, my overall experience with Chicago Pain Relief and Dr. Chadha has been exceedingly positive.
