I was referred to NWI by my chiropractor when I started experiencing a migraine that was different from the rest that started in my neck and tore through the back of my head up and over behind my eyes. Having a history of concussions and chronic migraines, I tried all my "tricks", methods and meds and NOTHING worked. By the time I went to NWI, I had had this migraine pain for over 45 days and I was slowly losing my ability to function. I was very apprehensive and not hopeful that this place would work especially after having years of Drs., Neurologist and Chiropractors telling me they don't know what's wrong and to try new meds. I took a chance in pure desperation for some relief and I am so very glad I did. I was met with compassion and hope that healed a lot of the trauma from other experiences that often left me feeling awful. Dr. Proce took time to understand my case, patiently endured all my skeptical questions, didn't give up when certain methods did not work and encouraged me that he will figure it out. To anyone on the fence, just do it. Their entire approach looks at the bigger picture and the methods to help actually worked. They didnt just fix a symptom but helped figure out the stem of the problem. I cannot recommend NWI enough! This place was amazing! I was treated with so much kindness and they're very thorough. The diagnostics were very helpful and the treatments till successful although I wasn't able to complete them for financial reasons. These doctors really cared! They saved my life! I wish I could have finished treatment. Im currently saving to get the services continued at home.
