I can’t say enough good things about Paulina, Esmeralda, and Erika. Paulina and Esmeralda’s massage and lymphatic drainage work have made an incredible difference in my neck, shoulder, and hip pain. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and calming presence create an environment where your body can truly relax and heal. Yogalates with Erika has been just as impactful... not only helping with strength, flexibility, and stress relief, but also creating space to slow down, breathe, and process tension and trauma stored in the body. Together, they offer a truly holistic approach to wellness. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, professionalism, and genuine support they provide. Highly recommend to anyone looking for both physical relief and overall well-being.

I had a pinched nerve in the neck and sought help from Paulina. She helped me significantly over the course of the few sessions I had with her. While she is competent in modern western methods, she does not hesitate to employ ancient oriental methods as well, when needed. I am impressed by the depth and breadth of her knowledge and skill. The ambience too is welcoming and pleasant.
