I've been dealing with swelling and discomfort after abdominal surgery and found that infrared sauna treatment could help. I tried a competing facility before C2C and found it wasn't that hot, the time limit was short, and the cost was exorbitant. I tried C2C the next day and I just left my third visit very satisfied! The facility is pretty no fuss, which I like. They focus on training athletes and this is an added service that's open to the public. It's easy to check in. The sauna is typically preheated and you can have up to an hour for the reservation. It's maxed at 150 degrees. I leave there feeling renewed and refreshed and I can see a visible reduction in the swelling in my belly. They have a membership option, which would make visits even more affordable. But you just can't beat this price with what I've found anyway. Give it a try.
