Ad Astra Weight Loss

I have tried every diet plan out there with no permanent results. Ad Astra Weight Loss plan was different. I did not have the constant cravings like before, which made me want to continue the plan. After 1 month my endocrinologist said he has never seen blood sugars readings so good well controlled. I was very happy with this outcome and wanted to continue to stay on plan. Dr. Chris continues to assist and encourage me to be successful .

I was very dissatisfied with this weight loss program. The 2 in-person meetings were very brief and that was all the verbal interaction that I received. No medical questions were asked to prevent adverse reactions with some of my medications. I didn’t understand the program and asked for videos that went over the details, so that I could understand the program. All the interaction between myself and Mr. Leatherman was either text messages or chatting through the software. I explained to him that I would learn more from a video than reading with my ADHD. He said he would look & no response from that request. I feel that with the cost of the program, there would’ve been a LOT more personal interaction. Additionally, I misunderstood what the initial fee covered. Had I known the expenses for additional drops, I would’ve researched more, as the cost is not within my budget. The most frustrating part of my experience, was that I was handed these tools & I no follow up meetings to help with questions I had. I did lose weight, but I was basically only eating boiled eggs, packets of tuna & grilled chicken. I know this program will work for many people, but I needed more guidance than they provided. Make sure that you show the program to your doctor. 2 of my prescriptions were affected by these drops.
