iCRYO Cryotherapy + iV Therapy + Body Sculpting + Red Light Therapy

I’m not one to post reviews one way or another but I’ve had a couple of frustrating visits here. Firstly, it says it’s open on Sundays from 11-4 but I showed up at 2:30 with the door locked. I then called twice and no one answered. I waited a week and decided to go on Saturday. I thought I had been there before but they could not find me in the system. Therefore, I had to do the paperwork and get the doctors okay. It took over an hour for the paperwork fiasco to be resolved (which I’m not even sure it was) and so the nurse said we’d go ahead and do the IV. At this point they said they were going to give me 25% off which I was okay with. But when I finally was going to get the IV, I was stuck 3 times with no luck. The nurse was apologizing but it took 30 more minutes for those 3 tries. I was there for an hour and a half with no luck with the paperwork or IV. They said they gave me a “credit” on my account but I’m not sure what that entails. Although I have a credit, I’m not sure that I’ll be going back.

With the amount of health issues that I have in my Current back injury, I was in a state of desperation for help on my pain. I came in for the one day daily pass to experience three different services to see if it would give me any relief. Staff was incredible and explained that I may not feel it the first time but in fact I had some tingling sensations in my back was able to move better at my dance class and last, but not least I slept a full 10 hours without interruption of pain. I hope to make this a regular routine to keep my body in tiptop shape and help with my health issues.

Always an awesome time at iCryo. They offer a wide variety of recovery services and I love utilizing them after my long runs. For me I specifically love the compression therapy and it makes my muscles feel incredible after a hard workout.
