Emily & Michelle were incredible to work with. Emily was proactive and engaged in every step of my healing & fitness journey. When I had any issues she would immediately adjust the workouts to focus on strengthening that area. I feel far stronger and more in tune with my workouts after using the digital program! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr Lauren S and FunXional Physical Therapy. When I started, I was dealing with constant left hip, SI, and lower back pain that was affecting my daily life, job, and workouts. Now I'm stronger, have the tools & knowledge to help when I feel the pain coming on, and finally feel stable again. She helped me rebuild my core and pelvic stability, improve my posture, and get my body moving the right way. I'm back to working out consistently and feeling better than I have in a long time. If you're dealing with chronic pain or feel like your body is out of alignment, FPT is the place! So grateful for the knowledge, support, encouragement, and results they helped me achieve!

I honestly had no idea physical therapy could be this good or impactful. I came to FunXional Physical Therapy after months at a chain PT clinic with no results. After only a month and a half with Dr. Lauryn Goff, the results have been life changing. Symptoms I was told would require surgery have been resolved through her expertise! Appointments are one-on-one, and their app with video tutorials and messaging makes everything incredibly easy as a patient. Their advanced treatment options are the best around.Dr. Lauryn truly listens, connects all the pieces, and clearly explains what’s happening and why the treatment plan works. I highly recommend reaching out and changing your life in the best way possible!
