From start to finish, this was a first class experience. The consultations with Stephen and PA Layne Raggio were informative, honest, and genuinely helpful. No pressure, no fluff, just clear explanations and realistic expectations. On the day of the procedure, everything ran smoothly and professionally. The level of care and attention to detail was impressive and immediately put me at ease. Layne is not only highly professional but also creative in her approach, which matters more than people realize when it comes to achieving natural looking results. Post procedure instructions were clear and easy to follow, and what really stood out was the follow up. Layne personally checked in multiple times during the week after, which speaks volumes about her commitment to patient care.

Layne at The Hair Restoration Center has been wonderful! After dealing with hair loss and shedding for the past couple years following a diagnosis of Lyme Disease, I finally decided to look into my options. From the virtual consultation, I was able to share my concerns and hear directly from Layne what some of my options may be. I just had my first PRF treatment and already the shedding has reduced to the amount that I am in shock! Layne has been super sweet and professional, outlining all the options and how the procedures work! She checked in on me the morning after the procedure to ensure all was well and see if I had any questions. I have 3 more treatments to go and expect that I’ll receive the same level of professionalism and customer service that I have to date! If you’re struggling with hair, I’d definitely recommend scheduling a consultation with Layne.

Yes, my wife made me do it! Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) was a great choice, which we did 2200 transplants. Layne and staff did an amazing job throughout the process. Without pain, I listened to 70’s rock’n’roll and watched a few Seinfeld episodes. My 3-5 day recovery was easy and I’m now looking forward to putting the big hair band back together!!!
