About this clinic
Louisiana Pain Care, a regenerative medicine clinic in Monroe, specializes in platelet-rich plasma and regenerative injection therapies for musculoskeletal and joint pain. The practice offers PRP treatment alongside facet-joint injections, sacroiliac-joint injections, and trigger-point injections, tailoring each protocol to the patient's specific condition and anatomy. These orthobiologic approaches aim to support tissue repair and reduce inflammation in chronic pain presentations. The clinic also provides conventional pain-management options and has a secondary location in Ruston. Treatment selection is individualized following a clinical consultation, combining regenerative modalities with targeted injection therapy to address underlying
I've been a patient of Louisiana Pain Care for over 10 years. The surgical side is absolutely amazing and deserves 5 stars. The clinical side not so much. All of the staff, except a few triage nurses seem like they'd rather be anywhere else but there. The last nurse practitioner that I saw was very curt, almost to the point of being rude. On more than one occasion I have said that if there were any other pain centers close I would go to them. My advice, for what it's worth, is teach the WHOLE staff some basic customer service skills, and tell the nurse practitioners that we are not cattle, and we are there to get better. Treat your patients with a little dignity and take your time to listen to them.

Wonderful Staff from the front desk throughout the visit all the way to the check out desk. The staff, including Dr Ledbetter & his colleagues, are kind, caring, knowledgeable, & understand all the needs of each and every patient that comes for help to maintain their independence. Dr Ledbetter and staff explain each level of treatment and what it consists of, and how it may benefit each patient by helping each of us on an individual basis. Sometimes those that suffer from chronic pain lose sight of hope. The Pain Clinic provides knowledge and treatment and helps restore hope in all their patients. I recommend this Clinic to all who need help, hope, and education about their conditions, in order to diminish their level of pain and maintain daily routines and independence.

I for the most part interacted with Haley and the nurse who came into the room. Haley was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. My surgery went well and I am recovering nicely. Even though I did not see Dr. DeGravelle, I knew he would be doing my surgery and that was reassuring.

I have been with Lpc for three years. They have gotten to know me and it pays off to be stable and settle with one doctor. I used to think it was like shuffling cattle in and out because there are so many people going there, however, if I want to see my Doctor, who is Ledbetter, all I have to do is ask. He is easy to talk to and is a gentle considerate man.
There are so many people hurting and with only one place to go, I recognize why they are so busy. They are organized and have it down like clockwork. The nurse practitioners are friendly and helpful and fair. Of course I do not abuse pain meds so I am a happy camper. If you are a “drug seeker”, do not attempt to pull the wool over their eyes or con them. They are professionals and they know what they’re doing.
