I can’t recommend Dr. Ryan enough! Unlike many chiropractors who focus mostly on quick joint adjustments, Dr. Ryan specializes in soft tissue work combined with targeted therapy exercises, which has given me much longer-lasting and more effective results. His approach feels almost like a highly focused, therapeutic massage—only way more impactful. He helped me tremendously with my knee surgery recovery using active release therapy, and he’s also done amazing work on my tight upper back, neck, and shoulders. I really appreciate his attention to detail, personalized care, and willingness to explain what he’s doing and why. Every session feels tailored to what my body actually needs. Another huge bonus for me: he’s in-network, so my insurance covers most of the cost—such a rare find for this level of care. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who goes beyond the basics and truly prioritizes effective, long-term healing, Dr. Ryan is the one!

I cannot recommend Forward Spine & Sport enough! After seeing several doctors and three physical therapists over many months, I had made very little progress on my hamstring injury. Brian was the only one to understand the hamstring injury, and he had me running again within THREE WEEKS. He is both a chiropractor and physical therapist, and he's far better than any phsyical therapist I've seen. Please see him!

I started seeing Dr. Ryan during my senior year of high school as I was preparing to row at the collegiate level, and I can’t recommend him enough. He truly understood the physical demands of rowing and worked with me not just to treat pain, but to proactively strengthen and protect my back for the transition to college athletics. Every appointment felt thoughtful and personalized, and I always left feeling more aligned, stronger, and confident in my back. Thanks to Dr. Ryan's care, I went into collegiate rowing feeling prepared rather than worn down. I’m incredibly grateful for the role he played in keeping me healthy during such an important chapter of my athletic career.
