I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Dr. Kelly was extremely professional, patient, and thorough in explaining what was going on and how the treatment would help. I never felt rushed, and the care felt very personalized. I walked out feeling better and more confident about my recovery. Dr. Kelly is a master at approaching physical pain and imbalances with incessant curiosity and determination to get down to the root cause. She has helped me work through both a shoulder and a wrist injury with great success. She talks WITH her patients not AT her patients…something I truly appreciate. She has helped me find ways of continuing to do the activities that I love while giving me the tools to keep my body healthy and happy. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I ve been suffering from a bulging disk for 15 months I’ve tried PT, accupuncture, cupping and a chiropractor . I had some relief with each .. but still have chronic pain and am extremely uncomfortable all the time. Until I was made aware of Active Recovery and what they offer in their treatments. I’ve had 3 appointments and already feel better. They have made me aware of my movements and thought processes all which have changed how I feel in addition to the treatments. I have had hope since my first appointment that I will be pain free again … I didn’t think that day was ever coming.
