*Negative stars I am a long-time mental health professional who received intermittent care for several years from Northampton Integrative Medicine out of desperation due to a chronic health condition. Unfortunately, this led me to dismiss warnings from two highly respected physicians in the valley about NIM's unethical practices, which are apparently well known within the local community of health care providers. As a patient, I found Dr. Darren Lynch to have an aloof, dismissive and arrogant manner (Michelle Goulet's was not much better). I also found their relentless pressure to buy their expensive over-the-counter supplements disturbing, which were often 2-3 times more expensive than the same supplements at the River Valley Coop. I was later assigned to one of their PA's, who at one point became defensive and infantilizing towards me when I expressed concerns about the very long duration of an antibiotics prescription. While I respect PA’s role within health care, this one appeared to be impersonating a physician. Over the years, I have known many people who had similar experiences or worse at NIM, and the overall takeaway is that their current exclusive/elitist concierge medical (business) model speaks volumes about their priorities and ethics, and the character of its providers and leadership.

Northampton integrative medicine is fraud they do not help you . All they do is bill your insurance and the patient my more then once for the same amount after the payment was paid in full. They also give fraudulent lab results .. I rember mine showing inflammation and aniema as a diagnosis.. funny how my primary care doctor did the same labs and none of that showed. Also they prescribed a toxic amount of Vitamin C that almost caused my kidneys to shut down . I will not be paying any more bill to this office and I will be reporting them if I get one more bill . You are a just a money stealing fraudulent company . This place is not worth your 💲💲💲. You get better services at Baystate family medicine in Northhampton. Avoid this witch craft fraudulent office .

★☆☆☆☆ Unacceptable shift in priorities My mother was a regular patient here — until they abruptly informed her that, starting August 1st, she would need to pay a $350 annual “membership fee” just to keep her appointment. No meaningful notice was given. Just a cold email and a canceled appointment unless you pay up. This fee is in addition to whatever insurance or copay you already have. It’s a blatant barrier to care, especially for people on fixed incomes or managing chronic conditions. What’s worse is how dismissive the staff is when we called for clarity. No empathy, no flexibility — just a “that’s the policy now” attitude. This place has clearly shifted from providing care to prioritizing profit. They’ve effectively locked out long-time patients with no regard for their health or loyalty. If you’re looking for a doctor who values patient care and access, look elsewhere. Northampton Integrative Medicine is NO LONGER that place
