I have been going to Wellness in Motion @Norwell for prenatal chiropractic care since I was 16 weeks. Seeing Dr. Erin Ray since has been very helpful to keep my pregnancy aches under control. She is very knowledgeable and aside from providing relief through her technique, she is constantly offering advice, stretches and exercises that I can do at home to improve discomfort and build strength as well. She is very easy to talk to and very caring with her patients. I am now 38 weeks and Ive enjoyed going for prenatal chiropractic care every week. I always look forward to my appointment. The office staff is also very nice and warm everytime you walk in, it is very easy to make an appointment to go in quickly if needed. I highly recommend the Wellness in Motion @Norwell location

Dr. Ray was fantastic! I brought my 3 month old daughter to see her for some neck/back/hip tightness, and my baby loved her! This is my first child - as well as my first visit to a chiropractor in general, so I was nervous about what to expect. She answered all of my (many) questions and made me feel validated when I expressed any concerns. She was very gentle and explained everything that was he was doing. I found it very helpful when she showed me how to do specific stretching exercises for me to do with my daughter at home. My daughter’s issues have notably improved since seeing Dr. Ray! Highly recommend.

Erin is amazing! She carefully listens to my updates each visit and makes just the right adjustments (pun intended) to my care plan. She thoughtfully designs any out-of-office plan so that it is sustainable and gets done. It’s clear we have the same goals when it comes to my well-being. I learn something from Erin each visit. She has a passion for her work. I completely trust her and bring my kids regularly for chiropractic care.
