I've just completed my final week of treatment and am very happy with the results. I can't say enough good things about TMS in general, but especially about Concierge. Dr Schwartz and Sally Goodman are personally invested in the success of every client and it shows in the quality of their staff and the care they provide. The office and my technician Kristen, have always been reliable and professional. Kristen consistently went out of her way to make my treatment easy and comfortable. She's also just a really nice person so seeing her daily for 7 weeks was a pleasure instead of drudgery. For anyone just exploring the possibilities of TMS, you will be made welcome , comfortable, and receive good answers to your questions with clear explanations. For those who have experience with TMS, you will appreciate the way you are valued and respected as a client.

I have been nothing but impressed with Concierge TMS. Everyone I have dealt with is professional, helpful and supportive. I first dealt with Sally Goodman, Dr. Schwartz’s wife. She interviewed me at length to determine my eligibility and if TMS was a good fit. She did all she could to expedite the process with my insurance and get me covered.
Dr. Schwartz, too, As always, let me know he was there for me 100% And looking for the best treatment in my situation.
Chrissy, The TMS tech in Yarmouth, who provides my daily treatments Is kind, friendly, and personable making the time fly by.
And today I met with Michael, the nurse practitioner for the first time, and like everyone else, made me feel like he had all the time in the world for me.
The Concierge TMS Is a gift to the Cape and the whole group of practitioners are outstanding.

I’ve suffered from depression, anxiety and over the past few years PTSD. The medications prescribed felt like too much or not working and the side effects felt as if I was on a “yo-yo string” of ups and downs. I searched for an alternative therapy that didn’t include more medication and found Concierge TMS.
My hopes were that TMS therapy would help with depression. It did, but most of all I noticed my PTSD and anxiety have significantly decreased. Prior to starting TMS, I would wake up screaming in the middle of the night (3-5 nights a week) from night terrors due to PTSD or wake up in the early morning hours, panicking with anxiety….After, about two weeks of TMS treatments these symptoms have nearly stopped.
TMS is a big commitment, but my technician Julie, made every single treatment feel as though I was going to see a friend. About half way through the 36 treatments, I mentioned that I was noticing a big difference but also feeling guilty that I wasn’t working more during that timeframe. Julie’s words are what kept me going and I think everyone with suffering with mental health issues needs to hear a little of what Julie said…. “ you are worth it”.

I started my treatment plan there last weekend, with my mapping and first treatment on Saturday, and just got back from my second session this afternoon. So whether TMS completely works for me is still TBD, but I am already feeling slightly better, and I absolutely can attest to my interaction with them during the last 30 days.
I called them after they came up when I did a Google search for esketamine treatment. After explaining my symptoms and situation to a wonderful woman named Denise, she told me that they weren’t an esketamine clinic, but explained to me what TMS was and the success rate it has. (Which I independently verified and she was 100% accurate). She told me that I could do both TMS and esketamine treatments if I wanted, but to think about giving TMS a try, and they’d be supportive of my recovery as a whole, It was the thing I needed to hear.
So I researched TMS and started to get some hope for the first time that maybe something out there might actually help my lifelong depression. I got a call the next day from Sally, the wife of Dr Schwartz and co owner of Concierge TMS. We talked for an hour about what I’ve gone through, insurance, TMS, mapping, expectations, the whole nine yards. She was extremely passionate and gave me really good.vibes, and again, I got even more hopeful.
They put together my records to submit to my insurance very quickly. My claim was rejected at first, and I almost lost hope. I was at the end of my rope and ready to give up. Sally’s text messages telling me not to give up, and saying we’d appeal and get my insurance company on board come hell or high water, because I absolutely was over-qualified for, and NEEDED this treatment- I can’t say enough how much that helped me not give up. I’m very grateful.
A week later, Dr Schwartz had a appeal peer review for my case and got me approved. Concierge does NOT F AROUND. They’ve advocated for me and supported me throughout the toughest month of my life. This isn’t a 3 star or a 4 star business. It’s 5 stars and then some. Can’t recommend anyone or anything any more than Concierge TMS.
