About this clinic
National Spine & Pain Centers, a regenerative pain-management clinic in Baltimore, specializes in platelet-rich plasma therapy and stem-cell therapy for musculoskeletal and spinal conditions. The practice emphasizes diagnostic evaluation to identify the underlying cause of pain before recommending treatment. Both modalities are offered as alternatives or complements to conventional pain management, with treatment plans individualized following initial assessment. These orthobiologic approaches support tissue repair and may reduce inflammation in joint, ligament, and soft-tissue injuries. The clinic serves patients with chronic pain, sports injuries, and age-related degeneration seeking regenerative rather than purely pharmaceutical or surgi
National pain is a pain. Now they will not accept a check from a local bank. Do not understand that. Providers do what they want when it comes to peeing in a cup,
For over 5 yrs I did it every 3 month. Now I have a different provider and now I did it twice a year. ??? I'll be looking for a new pain management company the will accept cash and who does the right things. Take care of patient and listen to them

Chris sent a prior authorization for a neck brace for my neck. Within days, the insurance company approved the request.
As soon as he received the authorization, he was on the phone with me to inform me that the manufacturer does not provide the brace of choice any longer. Chris immediately called me to inform me and entered another authorization for the brace that the manufacturer does stock.
Chris called me the following day with the approval. Chris explained and demonstrated the proper use of the brace and I am a happy Client.
Chris' communication, empathy, and knowledge were all top notch. His smile and patience is so inviting. Chris does not believe in a lazy work ethic that he will get to it when he can attitude.
Chris prioritized this entire transaction. Chris is a wonderful person. Thank you so much for your diligence and amazing customer service, Chris. You knocked it out of the park😀!!

I was I guess what you would call seen in this office. I can not say a single good thing about this place. The doctor didn’t even address my referred concerns at all and insulted my doctors knowledge and profession. I was referred for crps which when the doctor came in didn’t even touch or assess my affected limb. I was in fact told that since I’m not a professional athlete there’s nothing that can be done and that medication could be prescribed but it would be just like an alcoholic if I started medication now I’d need more later. I was told that my doctor doesn’t know what he was doing to my face. I brought a binder full of medical documents as this has been a 2 year struggle of figuring things out and was told the doctor didn’t want to and refused to review them. If you want a good pain management doctor that is just not trying to take money don’t go here. Having to pay my visit fee was gut wrenching to me as literally NOTHING was done for me.

I’ve been coming here for 8 years and the service with the front staff has deteriorated. Two months ago I show up for my appointment that someone forgot to schedule because I had my form with my injection appointment. I couldn’t have the procedure done because insurance needs to give consent. Then today, I find out I don’t have an appointment because the provider no longer works there. I feel like the receptionist was stating like it was my fault but I showed my text stating I had an appointment with that individual and time. Then it was stated those texts have nothing to do with the office. I’m not sure whose responsibility it is to notify patients but while I was there, three other patients had an appointment with the same person. How are patients to know a provider is no longer there without notification? I assume the texts I receive are accurate and that’s not the case.
This place also cannot keep providers so I think that speaks volumes of the state in which this place has become. There needs to be more support in the front office and providers as well. Management needs to address the issues or perhaps new management is necessary in order to keep patients. I’m considering if I have one more poor experience than I’m gone. I wonder how many others feel the same.

I rate could rate it ZERO I would. Me and my bf got there an hr before our appointment as requested. Waited another hr to be seen by the doctor just for her to come in for 2 mins to say she couldn’t do anything! She didn’t even go over his MRIs the first thing she told his was “you need to change insurance in order to be seen by me” when my insurance company referred me here
