I was treated like family here! As a transgender woman I don't patronize businesses that are offensive and rude to me. That's why I'm here because Marty Michelle Jenny that I dealt with there we're all top notch wonderful people to me and so competent and helpful with their skills and knowledge. I purchased two synthetic legs one Auburn Bob straight and one blonde bob wavy I couldn't be happier! I would recommend El Dorado hair to anyone but especially to anyone in my community lgbtq+ that wants to be treated unbelievably well. They're about an hour drive from my house and I have my wigs now but I'm sure I'll pop out to say hi to those good people and get some supplies I always remember my safe places where I'm treated right and this is at the top of my list. El Dorado saved my hair!!! The recommended products completely turned hair growth around for me!!! I’m 61 years old with historically thick hair. I started gradually losing hair in my early 40s. Because my hair started out thick, it didn’t look bad - but it concerned me. Then, I had to get chemo in December-January of this year (2023-2024). I used cold cap technology to keep all of my hair from falling out but I still lost about 1/3 of my hair during chemo. Then I noticed that my hair was continuing to fall out very gradually for several months after chemo ended. Several areas of my scalp were developing bald spots. Marty gave me great advice and sold me products that are reasonably priced. 6 months later my hair is now thicker than it’s been in years. My hair is not falling out AT ALL anymore. This place is incredible. For reference, I'm a 20s mid M and El Dorado did so much for me the past few years I've been here. They're honest, straight forward and they work with you. Marty is amazing and can work with pretty much anyone. My main stylist for a couple years has been Penny and to say that she is a miracle worker while being the kindest person is an understatement. Michelle is great to call when getting set up for appointments. While I can't speak for every single person, there's a reason why people love it here. If you're looking for a place, come here. Also, they're pretty good at cutting hair.
