I recently shared a 1 star review. Since the change in management and maintenance upgrades have been made, and small things like coffee and lemon water, and book share have returned. They actually listen to our concerns and that’s evidenced by the steam room working properly again (finally). My only selfish complaint now is that they are increasing membership too much. I went from questioning if the gym was worth the price point to feeling like I’m getting over.
My child has a swim class and his Instructor is very nice and patient. My Issue is when he is done with his class I was told we need to go to the Family room so he can change. The Family room is a CLOSET with no water, no ventilation, no mirror, there is barely any lighting. Half the "closet" is taken up by a random scale. The closet is also dirty.
Im paying a lot of money and this makes me was so cancel all of the classes.
My child has a disability and needs my help. I told them I cannot allow him to go in the males rest room because he is under 14. Nor am I allowed to take him in the woman's room. Lifebridge needs to do better.

I go to this gym for several years, and I loved it a lot, and I love most teachers and staff. Most members are very kind people as well. On August 29, 2024, I went Robin Katz yoga class, and while I have been in the twist, she came from behind and grubbed my hair and pulled painfully and violently without asking my permission to touch me. I was in shock and pain, and I told her that something went wrong after her unwanted adjustment, but she told me to do some stretch , and left me alone with it. I was not sure what to do, at night my neck became worse. I went to administrator of the gym next day, and verbally I was promised that all will be resolved for me. In reality, I was given only two 1 hour body massages that helped a little, and then, I was told by administrator that neither instructor nor gym did not do anything wrong. Since this incident had happened right before Labor day, it took 10 days to see my physical therapist, and I found out that Robin pulled my hair so hard that my first two vertebrae of my cervical spine were moved and locked in incorrect position, which caused me a lot of pain, dizziness, spasms of the face, jaw, neck, shoulders and upper back. I asked administrator for incident report and yoga instructor insurance to my for my medical expenses and massages, which I still have to do to function. I just want warn people if you get damaged in this gym, it will be your expense, and they will not be responsible for their actions. I am left with a lot of medical and massage bills that I have to pay for out of my pocket, which would be needed if this yoga instructor did not touch me. Also, I warn you to avoid going to Robin’s class. Other yoga teachers are very nice and gentle and always ask for your permission to touch you.
The steam room used to be the best part of the gym. For a couple of months now I have been trying to communicate with management about returning the temperature to what it used to be. Lots of emails and disappointment with this. I know I’m not alone in this sentiment because everytime I’m in there with someone else they complain about it the same way I do. I can get everything else about this gym at a lower price point besides the steam room . My patience is running thin and I am considering canceling my membership.
