From start to finish, the care I received for my Lapiplasty 3D corrective bunion surgery exceeded every expectation. The educational resources provided before and after surgery were clear, thorough, and incredibly helpful, which made me feel informed and confident going into the procedure. Their pre- and post-operative care has been top-notch. Dr. Polun has an excellent bedside manner—kind, attentive, and professional—and it’s clear that he leaves nothing to chance when it comes to his patients’ well-being. He personally checked in on me, and his staff also reached out multiple times to see how I was doing, which made me feel very supported and cared for. I would like to thank Dr Polun for calling and bringing me in much earlier than my original schedule. I really appreciate Dr. Polun. He is very thoughtful and thorough and takes his time to address my concerns. after I reinjured myself while recuperating after stem cell injection, he reached out to me right away on a Saturday and told me to come right in so that he can take a look. I also love how his office and his staff and assistants operate. They are a very good team, coordinated, interested in my progress and remember me. Also very knowledgeable and helpful. And a pleasure to be with. My concerns get addressed very quickly and easily. I have a great of trust in Dr Polun and highly recommend.
