In March 2021, I came to Clearwater Clinical Neuroscience to treat my ADD. While the therapy helped my ADD, it helped more with my anxiety and depression. I did the home therapy for 30 minutes, twice a day (most days) for 30 days. My decreased anxiety level was noticeable in less than a week. As a result of this therapy, I continue to feel significantly less anxiety and depression and I’m more focused. I also feel that as time goes by, I continue to feel better and am able to cope with stressors in a healthier fashion. The therapy helped dig me out of a hole. While I feel better, I am giving a 4-star review because I rarely give 5 stars. I also had a few administrative and instructional challenges that I pointed out to Dr. Alex in detail and I hope he is implementing my suggested changes. Regardless, I still feel that this was a valuable treatment for me. I tried medication, but it didn't help. This was an easier, quicker, longer-lasting solution without any side effects.
