Dr. Shaft is truly amazing. He genuinely cares about his patients, is extremely kind, and very attentive. I had an ACL and meniscus surgery back in 2024 and was still dealing with residual pain while trying to get back into lifting. Dr. Shaft recommended the shockwave and laser treatment package, and it was incredible. After just one session, I was able to squat below parallel again, and about 75% of the pain and swelling was gone. After about 2-3 sessions I was back to lifting like my old self! Additionally, after using the laser, the scar on my knee went from purple with built up scar tissue, to flat and white! It was absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Fast but thorough. Super knowledgeable. Sincerely caring. Pristine professional. I've tried several chiropractors and one, I trust this place and two, I leave feeling so much better. They have what I call "magnet hands".. after the initial exam, I mention where my ailments are and they're just fantastic at finding and adjusting them away. Also, the massage therapists are beyond fantastic. I happily signed up for the monthly massage. I'll be really sad when inevitable retirement knocks on that doctors door. These folks are in the right line of business and simply just phenomenal great at what they do. Thank you! 💝

Walking into True Health Chiropractic was the best decision I could have made! My first visit with Dr. Shaft was after hours on a Friday because we were driving in from out of town. I was desperate because I was hurting and shaped like a C. I am forever grateful for the amount of time he spent with me. He explained my injury and a plan to make me better. In the days, weeks and months following, he advised me on at-home care between alignments, as well as supplements and nutrition. I’m ecstatic to say I got back to running and continue to use the stretches he showed me. The entire staff at True Health care about their patients and are very welcoming!
