I enjoyed multiple neurofeedback sessions at Restorations Neurofeedback & Wellness while processing some grief and trauma in preparation for a daunting pilgrimage. Pernell was a delight to work with. She and her beautiful space are calming and nurturing. The sessions themselves were simple to schedule, extremely relaxing/restorative in nature and helped me find brighter days. Restorations Neurofeedback is simply amazing! I did quite a few neurofeedback sessions over a period of months and it’s was an extremely beneficial experience. Many clients see positive results after only one session. It’s the only neurofeedback provider in Rochester, MN that doesn’t have a closed waitlist, and she was able to get me in to see her right away! Pernell was incredibly kind, a great listener, and really knows what she is doing. She’s flexible with scheduling and really caters to her clients. She’s had a lot of specific training in her dynamic neurofeedback modality. No matter what you may be struggling with, it’s possible to see positive results. Her neurofeedback setup is extremely comfortable and luxurious; during a session you sit back in a heated massage chair with multiple options to make any client happy! All it entails is laying back and listening to the therapeutic music and the colorful, visually pleasing digital screen. All the healing happens while you relax. You can even fall asleep if you want, and it still works! I looked forward to my sessions with her each and every week. I HIGHLY recommend Restorations Neurofeedback and Pernell Plath Meier. I always felt like I, as a client, came first!
