Jason and his team at OsteoStrong Clayton are super motivating and very friendly. I have been going regularly for 3 months and I can tell that my strength is increasing. I have a family history of severe osteoporosis and I would like to avoid being debilitated as I age. My doctor recommended this program to me and I am confident that it is a great tool to keep me active in my upcoming golden years.

My health is worth it. I was given a dismal report on my latest bone density scan and instead of medication, I have decided to strengthen. Both my mom and her mother had osteoporosis, and I will do anything now to reverse that trend in my chassis. The place is clean. The staff is welcoming and non-judgmental. Plus, there is complimentary parking (a huge win for a Clayton location). Highly recommend this facility.

Osteostrong is amazing! They offer a wide variety of athletic recovery devices that help me a lot with my overall preference/recovery. The Osteogenic loading has also helped strengthen my muscles and bones which has been great!
