Soo relaxing! The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Private sauna with shower, things included like Q-tips, towels & body wash was a nice addition. Unfortunately, little to no hot water so shower had to be very quick.

I had my infrared session after my Pilates class to help me relax and get rid of some tension, and WOW! This was great. The studio is so relaxing and I felt so calm when I walked in. I could curl up and nap with no worry on the world. The cool post shower, crisp water and lavender face towel made the experience one that I will most definitely return to have again. Thank you so much, I loved it!
