About this clinic
Missouri Foot and Ankle, a regenerative physical-medicine clinic in St. Louis, specializes in shockwave therapy for foot and ankle conditions. The practice offers extracorporeal and radial shockwave modalities, which are regenerative orthobiologic approaches that aim to stimulate tissue repair and reduce inflammation in chronic musculoskeletal presentations. Treatment focus includes plantar fasciitis, heel pain, tendinopathy, sports injuries, and other soft-tissue conditions of the lower extremity. Shockwave therapy is typically administered as an outpatient procedure and may be combined with conventional podiatric care. The clinic emphasizes an evidence-based approach to conditions that have plateaued under standard conservative management
I highly recommend them. Dr. Sollecito is great!
I’ve had knee, back, and neck issues with shooting pain up and down both sides of my calves for over 8 years and it’s become worse.
The Chiropractor helped with repeated visits but I still had intermittent pain. My doctor referred me to an orthopedic knee doctor who specialize in knees… he gave me a shot of hylauronic acid into the joint and recommended physical therapy which has helped but the pain recurrs.
I was at a party when my knee gave out an out of town Podiatrist recommended I see one in town because he felt my foot position when walking was the problem.
I found Dr. Sollecito and he had me out of pain right away! He also prescribed compound pharmacy supplements to support healing and reduce inflammation.
I was referred to an orthotic team for a shoe insert to correct my foot position while walking and standing. Everything is inner connected from foot, tendons, muscles, to the knee, back, and neck and that was the reason why my pain always returned after visiting the knee doc and chiropractor.
Everyone from the xray tech and front desk is so nice. So, don’t wait and suffer in pain, schedule an appointment before there’s major damage to the cartilage and tendons leading up to your knee.
Parking is free, access is close and on the first floor so hobbling in isn’t too bad and Dr. Sollecito is the best. I think he also teaches at Washington University Medical School.
If you have constant knee, back, and neck pain definitely see him too. It might save you suffering from pain time.

I like working with Dr. K for my feet issues, so it was no surprise that she hit it out of the park--she made my pain disappear. (I honestly wish I could find a shoulder doc that could do the same...)But anyway, what surprised me was the amazing bedside manner of the medical assistant that took my history before seeing the doctor. So something is being done correctly in this office when the whole team expresses empathy and kindness towards the patient. That's it for now.

My first time at a Podiatrist. Parking was a breeze. The clinic office is immediately after walking into the building. The staff were friendly, prompt, and helpful. Dr. Kozlowski was very kind and helpful. Resolving my issue will take a while so that's all the info I can offer for now.

Doctor was friendly during the initial meet. When he completed his procedure he just left the room & I had to go find someone to see if I was finished. I was given ZERO papers and ZERO aftercare once my appointment was completed. My feet had red lines coming from the wounds going all the way up my foot & leg. Needless to say, my wounds were infected and the office did not do anything for me. Every time I called to make sure they weren’t infected, they made me feel crazy , told me I’m fine and were BEYOND rude. I went to my primary because their info didn’t feel right. She told me if he area is highly infected and got me on antibiotics right away. I don’t even know what the name of my procedure was. I put off going to a podiatrist for MANY years because of anxieties and this office did nothing but make my problem worse.

I read reviews about calling the office to make an appointments and how the office people aren't helpful I have not found that to be true whether I call the office or whether I'm in the office I go to Dr K and she has been amazing. I started going to this office back when I hurt my foot and my doctor from mercy hospital office was off who I absolutely loved I started going to this office back when I hurt my foot and my doctor from mercy hospital office was off who I absolutely loved. Continue going to the Watson office to Dr K because of the parking And I've been very pleased. I would highly recommend the St. Louis foot and ankle physicians
