Dr. Bullock and his team are amazing. He is the most compassionate, caring and doctor and the girls always go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable and at ease during my procedures. Because of them, I truly don't mind going to the urologist anymore! Highly recommend his office!

Dr. Louis Aliperti at St. Louis Urology Specialists is an exceptional physician. He treated me for prostate cancer as well as other urology-related issues, and I could not have asked for better care. Dr. Aliperti is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. He takes the time to truly listen, explains diagnoses and treatment options clearly, and makes sure you feel informed and confident every step of the way. I never felt rushed, and every concern was addressed with professionalism and care. In addition, the office staff is efficient, courteous, and supportive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Dr. Aliperti’s expertise and bedside manner made a challenging health situation much easier to navigate. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Urology of Saint Louis has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the moment I became a patient here, the communication has been unbelievably poor. Calls go unanswered for days, messages are never returned, and any attempt to get clear information about appointments, results, or next steps turns into a stressful guessing game. What made the experience even worse was the interaction with their COO, Tiffany. Instead of helping resolve my concerns, the communication I received from her felt dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. When leadership communicates this poorly, it explains why the rest of the facility operates the same way. The overall organization feels chaotic, disjointed, and unprepared to properly support patients who are already dealing with sensitive medical issues. Long wait times, unclear instructions, and a general lack of concern for patient well-being made me feel like just a number, not a human being seeking care. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this facility to explore other options. Your health and your peace of mind deserve better.
