I have had such a great experience with Jackie Williams. I have been able to dial in some issues and address root causes. I have not felt this good in years. Jackie takes the time to truly listen and work with you and your lifestyle. I also really appreciate how up to date she is on emerging research and the different kinds of testing available to help figure out the root causes of the issue. I strongly recommend going to see Jackie and have recommended her services to many friends and family.

I began going to this clinic when it was owned by someone else. I decided to stay after it changed hands. I had one appointment. I tried several times to reschedule another appointment but my calls were never returned. However, they continued to draft my account for the monthly fee. I did not see or speak to anyone in the clinic for over two years but my account was still drafted. It seems that you would notice a patient has not been coming and reach out for an appointment instead of continuing to take money from the patient who is receiving zero services. They will not refund the money. I'd choose another place. There are several great ones in the Jackson area. I go to a different one now and am very pleased.
