Jaime at True North is one of the most intelligent, caring, passionate trainers and therapists I have ever gone to or worked with. After playing college soccer and coaching in the industry for years at big schools, she’s by far the most educated person I’ve known in the athletic industry. Her ability to find to root cause of your problem is second to none. She’s too good at her job that she fixes one problem and I don’t need to see her again until there’s a different problem! I’d recommend her to anyone who has a big or small injury or any tweak or pain in their body. 1,000,000 stars.
